1. Introduction and General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all gaming activities conducted through the platform. Rollero operates under an Anjouan, Union of Comoros License (No. ALSI-202509073-FI2). By registering an account, the user confirms they are at least 18 years of age and of legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction. The platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and it is the player’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.

2. Account Management and Verification

To access real-money play, individuals must register a personal account. It is required that all information provided during registration, such as email address and personal details, is accurate and kept up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts may lead to the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

2.1. Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

In compliance with regulatory standards, Rollero is required to perform identity verification. This process, often referred to as KYC, is mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed. Players may be requested to submit valid documentation, which typically includes:

3. Financial Transactions and Policies

3.1. Deposits

A minimum deposit of AU$30 is required for fiat methods such as Visa, Mastercard, and MiFinity. For cryptocurrencies, the minimum deposit is the equivalent of EUR 20. Rollero does not apply fees to deposits, but third-party payment processors may have their own charges.

3.2. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to specific limits: AU$3,000 per day, AU$7,500 per week, and AU$30,000 per month. The minimum withdrawal amount is AU$30 for cards and AU$500 for a Bank Transfer. Crypto withdrawals are generally instant after approval, while card payouts may take 1-3 banking days and bank transfers 3-5 banking days.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

All bonuses offered by Rollero are subject to specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount applies. Most deposit bonuses have a validity period of 3 days. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet permitted is AU$7.50. Free spins awarded as part of promotions often have their own wagering requirements, typically x30 or x50, depending on the offer. It is essential to read the specific rules for each promotion before claiming it.

5. Player Conduct and Responsibilities

Players are expected to engage with the platform’s services in a fair and lawful manner. Prohibited activities that may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and termination of the account include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or collusive activities.
  • Using any software-assisted methods or techniques (bots) to play games.
  • Exploiting any software bug or error to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposits made.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact the customer support team via Live Chat or email.
